@Agenda:

Thanks for the link to the privacy policy generator.

btw, visit http://who.godaddy.com/WhoIs.aspx?domain=nibblebit.com&prog_id=godaddy for information on nibblebit. The servers are hosting in Scottsdale, Arizona, thus US laws apply... Plus, it gives the state u should use in the privacy policy generator :)

Nibblebit also objects to any "inappropriate" comments regarding images of lads who may or may not be 18; that was another thing they told me, before nuking my blog....specifically, they objected to a picture of a shirtless teenager with a comment from someone that he was "cute and sexy." And, they said that NSFW meant that all content was 18+....don't think they have a clue, and, right now, they seem to be over-reacting.

I'm still looking for a permanent home for my blog...lol...ain't a-gonna give up!

What you need is a physical Terms of Service policy that claims links to other sites or off-site web pages should be followed at the user's own risk, that they are not officially affiliated with "in2teens" or "in2teens" productions, and that "in2teens" takes no responsibility of the content on the other side of those links.

Actually, just use this:

http://www.bennadel.com/coldfusion/privacy-policy-generator.htm

Type in "in2teens" (or whatever you want to officially call your blog here) and what state you reside in (for a full legal impact). The generator will then complete a full, detailed ToS that you can then display on your site. If Nibblebit or Wordpress give you any trouble about your content, throw that in their face and, technically, you are safe. On the internet, you practically have to fight fire with fire to survive. ;)

I strongly recommend to add Nic's personal blog http://ntotheitothec.blogspot.com/ to your blogroll. His blog is always touching and the story on how he met his boyfriend (late 2008) is heart-melting.

I think that since nibblebit allows you to have multiple blogs, you should create two separate blogs for <18 and 18+. The following recommendation is just created for the purpose of being super careful. I am not sure what exactly nibblebit would have issues with, but I am going from their ToS and the e-mail you exchanged.

On the <18(under 18), link to similar <18 blogs(Note that nibblebit's ToS says you are responsible for what you link to. If you link to a blog that posts CP then you could also get in trouble(Though I am 90% certain that post is just to cover nibblebit so that they aren't liable for linked content).

You could then link(with a clear disclaimer) to your 18+ blog. You can then post 18+ images and links on that one. As long as you provide a clear disclaimer such as "Warning! The following link may contain material that is offensive to some. Only visit if you are comfortable with Adult Male Nudity."

That is just a recommendation to make sure that you cover as many angles as possible. You can also put your own "terms of service" page which includes that you are not responsible for the content that linked blogs post, and that if they are offended by material in any linked blog to contact nibblebit about the other blog and that if it violates nibblebit's ToS that it will be removed..

Just trying to offer my suggestions as how to do this. I personally would like to see nibblebit's servers moved to another country, as the United States has VERY malleable legal definitions of CP. While most define it as the following, the USA even includes artistic nudity in many cases.

Child Pornography commonly includes:
Images that focus on the genitals, have "spread cheeks," have obvious sexual positions, urination, erection, etc.

The etc. is because I have to go for now. Those are the main categories as to what is considered CP, but the USA as I mentioned is much more strict.
